1. Promoter

3.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of Tuckwell Chase Lottery and any person directly involved in the administration of this promotion may not enter.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify age, identity and eligibility.

4. Free Entry & Regulatory Status
4.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.
4.2 Participation in the mini game and associated prize draw is free.
4.3 This promotion is operated as a free prize draw and is not part of the Tuckwell Chase Lottery paid lottery product.
4.4 The promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable UK laws and relevant guidance issued by the UK Gambling Commission.

5. How to Enter
5.1 Participants must play the official Tuckwell Chase Lottery online mini game during the Promotional Period.
5.2 Players who achieve a score of 100 points or more will qualify for one entry into the prize draw.
5.3 Only one prize draw entry per person per day is permitted, regardless of how many times a qualifying score is achieved in a 24 hour period
5.4 .To be entered into the prize draw, participants must opt in to receive marketing communications from Tuckwell Chase Lottery at the point of entry.
5.5 Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted.

6. Marketing Consent
6.1 Entry into the prize draw is conditional upon opting in to marketing communications from Tuckwell Chase Lottery.

6.3 Unsubscribing after entry will not invalidate a valid prize draw entry already submitted.

7. The Prize
7.1 One winner will receive Dinner for Two on ‘The Murdér Express’, an immersive theatrical dining experience in London.
7.2 The experience is provided by Funicular: The Murdér Express.
7.3 The prize must be booked and redeemed by 1 August 2026, after which it will expire.
7.4 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
7.5 Travel, accommodation and additional expenses are not included.
7.6 The prize is subject to availability and the experience provider’s own terms and conditions.

8. Winner Selection
8.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants who:
• Whose entry achieved 100 points during the Promotional Period; and
• Opted in to marketing communications.
8.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the Promotional Period closing.
8.3 The winner will be contacted via email using the details provided at entry.
8.4 If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8.5 The surname and county of the winner may be made available upon request in accordance with applicable regulations.
