Bereavement group to support parents

Phyllis Tuckwell are offering a bereavement group to support parents whose adult child has died from an advanced or terminal illness.

The group runs for six sessions, 2-4pm on alternate Thursdays, starting Thursday 20th April.

The sessions will take place either at the Hospice or online, depending on individuals’ locations. It will be a small group of no more than 10 people, facilitated and supported by two of the experienced counsellors.

Parents can talk about their grief and share their experiences with others; the group format can be helpful for those feeling alone.
