Meet Veronica – Learning & Development

Phyllis Tuckwell really value their staff and offer them opportunities to develop and progress their careers.

The Learning & Development team help staff to find the right training for them, which can include studying for a diploma or degree.

Veronica, who joined as a health care assistant, was supported to study for a nursing associate diploma, which she has completed. She is now working towards her nursing degree, after which she plans to study to become a senior registered nurse.

“Phyllis Tuckwell is a great place to work,” she said. “I’ve really appreciated the opportunities they’ve given me to train, learn new skills and develop my career.”
