Get Bidding With Phyllis Tuckwell’s Online Auction

Phyllis Tuckwell will be holding an online auction between Sunday 29th November and Sunday 6th December – so whether you’re looking for a Christmas gift for someone special, or fancy treating yourself, log on and get bidding!

From celebrity signed photographs and football memorabilia, including an iconic England 1966 football shirt signed by 10 members of the original team, to wines and champagnes including a Jeroboam of Taittinger, and incredible experience days such as the Top Gun Combat Mission day for two, there are some amazing items on offer. Many have also been donated by local individuals and businesses, such as a hamper of posh smellies worth £200, a hamper of men’s pressies worth £150, an aromatherapy massage and 10 Magnum bottles of red wine!

“Our online auction is packed full of wonderful items, and we’d like to thank everyone in our local community who has kindly donated a prize for us to auction,” said Laura Moody, Events Fundraising Manager at Phyllis Tuckwell. “As many of our fundraising events have been cancelled this year due to Covid, we’re really pleased to be able to hold this online auction, which will raise valuable funds to help us provide our care this Christmas.”

The auction will take place online, and all of the money raised will go directly towards helping Phyllis Tuckwell provide supportive and end of life care for local patients and families who are living with an advanced or terminal illness, such as cancer. All of its services are provided free of charge to its patients and their families, but it has to raise over £20,000 a day to do this, and relies on fundraising events such as this auction to do this.
