Phyllis Tuckwell’s uplifting ‘Moments in a Bottle’ Living Well sessions help patients preserve precious memories by revisiting and reflecting upon positive moments from their lives — moments that have brought them joy and meaning.
Last week, at the Beacon Centre in Guildford, staff supported some patients in creating visual archives through words and pictures. These archives provide a source of emotional support and lift their spirits when revisited.
