Motoring on for Hospice Care
06 August 2019
Over 400 vehicles were on display at Phyllis Tuckwell’s Classic Motor Show on Sunday 4th August, which raised around £11,000 for the local Hospice Care charity. Held at Waverley Abbey School in Tilford, the show included music, food, stalls, an autojumble and a huge range of classic and vintage cars, bikes, vans and other motor vehicles from throughout the decades. This year a new VW category was also added, which was kindly sponsored by Just Kampers.
“We are thrilled at the success of our Classic Motor Show and would like to thank everyone who came along to display and view the wonderful array of vehicles,” said Laura Moody, Events Fundraising Manager at Phyllis Tuckwell. “We would also like to thank everyone who provided the fantastic music or ran one of the many stalls at the show, as well as our brilliant sponsors: Forest Motors Bordon, North Hants Tyres, Phillips Motor Services, Bill Rawles Classic Cars, Thorne-Leggett and Michael Usher Mortgage Services.”
