Smiles in the sunshine

An update from Phoebe, who has been at Shooting Star Children’s hospice since the start of the month for emergency respite, after the risks of her contracting COVID-19 in hospital grew too great.
She has settled in well and took advantage of the warm sunshine over Easter to spend some time in the hospice’s garden. Her mum said this is the first time she’s seen her genuinely smile in six months.
