Trip to Chelsea Football Club

Hollie has been with Shooting Star Children’s Hospices since she was a young child but this year she turned 21 which meant it was time for her to move on to adult care provision, with the support of the Transition team. So, to commemorate her time with Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, a trip to her beloved football team’s training ground was arranged, and what an excellent day it was.

Family Support Worker, Vikki, who joined Hollie and her family on the day said, “Everyone at Chelsea FC that we met made Hollies visit a memorable one and she even got a signed t-shirt and football. Hollie’s favourite part of the day was walking through the car park seeing what cars they drove, knowing her favourite player drove her favourite car really rounded off her day.”
