Festive fun with Fulham FC

News from Shooting Star Children’s Hospices

There was scores of fun at our Hampton hospice Shooting Star House as some of the team from Fulham FC dropped by to visit the children and families.

The players visit wasn’t the only treat in store as the club also donated a selection of lovely gifts and chocolates for the families.

Then there was some arts and crafts to enjoy, which the players happily got involved in, decorating the advent calendar and baubles for the Christmas trees.

They also had a ‘kick about’ on the special virtual interactive magic carpet.

Vikki German, Play and Activities Co ordinator at Shooting Star House said, “It was so lovely to welcome some of the team from Fulham FC – the children had a lovely time and created some great memories.”
